We offer exchanges within 5 days of receipt of the order by the customer. Please ensure that the product is it its original condition with all the packaging and tags intact. We do not offer monetary refunds but offer store credit or an exchange with a different product. We need to be contacted within 5 days of receipt of the order by the customer alongwith the reason for the return of the product.
Please note, since jewellery is considered as a personal item, exchanges are only offered if a wrong product has been dispatched OR if the product is damaged during transit. Please send us pictures of the product in the state that it was delivered to you before returning it. Our team will review the pictures and will inform you whether the product is approved for return.
Shipping the product back to us and the exchanged product again to the customer will be at the customer’s expense.
