  1. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, it is not mandatory to set up an account or register but this will help you with speedy checkout in the future during order placements.

Advantages of registering with us will provide the following benefits :

– Track your orders and review past purchases.
– Save your address  details so you can shop quicker next time.
– Manage your account details, address book and email preferences.

  1. I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, go to My Account>Lost Your Password to reset your password

  1. Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?

While we have made every effort to display colours of the products to appear as accurately as possible on the website, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen display of any colour will be completely accurate, as display settings of computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than the image displayed on our website, so please check the specifications mentioned for each product.

  1. How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless ‘OUT OF STOCK’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email us, to find out if the product can be made available.

  1. Can I re-order an item that is sold out on the website?

Yes, we do get fresh stocks of products that are sold out. However, as all our products are handcrafted and it could take up to 6-8 weeks. Please feel free to email us about restock options or send us a message via the Contact Us section.

  1. What payment methods do we accept?

We accept payments via Direct Bank Transfer or PayPal where you can use your Credit Cards and Debit Cards to make a payment. Cash on Delivery is available within Dubai only at the moment.

  1. Do you ship to multiple addresses?

We can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items required to be shipped to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

  1. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.

  1. Can I visit and shop at your studio?

We are an online portal but you are most welcome to visit our studio in Dubai, where you can view all the products. Visits are with prior appointments only. Please email, whatsapp, or call us to get address details and location pin.

We also take part in a number of pop-ups, exhibitions and events across the world. To visit us and be part of the mailing list for the same, please send us an email or message us on whatsapp for event dates. You can even sign up for email updates via our website.

10. How long does it take for my order to get shipped?

All available products will be shipped out within 2-3 business days and shipment tracking details will be sent to you post the confirmation email.

JEWELLERY CARE AND TIPS

Basic jewellery care and tips to be observed:

*Do not expose jewellery to water. Please remove rings, bracelets and all hand jewellery before washing your hands or when working in contact with water.

*Do not spray perfume directly on jewellery. The chemicals may react with the metal.

*If jewellery gets wet due to sweat or water, wipe it dry immediately.

*Wipe clean with a soft cloth after use.

*Store in the pouch provided or in an airtight box to avoid any discoloration.

*Silver items can be polished with mild silver polish or organic silver polish. Please email us for more information on the products to use.

*Non silver items / Imitation and Silver Plated items need to be wiped with a cloth and soap water and dried immediately.

*Do not scrub the delicate items with a harsh brush or bristle. This may damage the jewellery and cause scratches.

Please note : Change in colour takes place due to the humidity in the air. These are just some basic tips to keep your jewellery looking beautiful always.
